We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, Part IIIA of the Privacy Act relating to credit reporting.
What we collect
To assess your lending options and arrange credit, we may collect: identity details (name, date of birth, contact details), financial information (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, employment), credit information (repayment history, credit reports from credit reporting bodies), and information about your goals and objectives. Website forms collect only the details you enter, along with basic analytics data described below.
How we use it
- Assessing which loan products and lenders suit your situation
- Preparing, submitting and managing credit applications on your behalf
- Meeting our legal obligations, including responsible lending and AML/CTF requirements
- Contacting you about your enquiry, application, or a periodic loan review

Who we share it with
Your information may be shared with lenders and lessors on our panel, our aggregator, credit reporting bodies, valuers, insurers, and service providers who support our business (such as CRM and document management platforms), each bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Website data & cookies
Our website may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser; they are only transmitted to us if you choose to submit a form.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access and disclosure, including encrypted transmission, access controls and secure document storage. Where information is no longer required and we are not obliged to retain it, we destroy or de-identify it.
